Welcome to Miras Educational Academy. These Terms of Use govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and all related content and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Access and Registration

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.
If you are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Children under 13 are not permitted to use the Platform.

Account Security

To access courses ("Content"), you must register with your name and email. You represent that all information provided is true and complete.

Device Compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring your device (PC, mobile, etc.) meets the system requirements to access our Content.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Content for personal, non-commercial use only.

Under this license, you may NOT:

  • Modify, copy, or edit any materials or Content

  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display

  • Attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer any software on the Platform

  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

  • Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the content on another server

3. Code of Conduct

To keep our community safe, you agree not to:

  • Illegal Use: Engage in any activity that violates local or international laws

  • Harmful Content: Post content that promotes violence or endangers safety

  • Hate Speech: Engage in defamation, bullying, or harassment based on race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation

  • Spam & Scams: Post repetitive messages, unwanted links, or misleading content for financial gain

  • Unauthorized Access: Attempt to hack, disrupt the server, or introduce viruses/malware

4. Intellectual Property

All materials including videos, text, logos, graphics, and designs (“Creator's Intellectual Property”) are owned by or licensed to Miras Educational Academy.

You do not acquire ownership rights by using the Platform. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Fees: Access to certain Content requires payment of a Content Fee

  • Third-Party Processors: We use secure payment gateways and do not store sensitive financial data

  • Refund Policy: Once purchased, Content access cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be provided unless explicitly stated in a specific Refund Policy

6. Public Forums and User Content

  • You are responsible for any content you post (“Learner Content”)

  • By posting, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and distribute that content

  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates this Agreement

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • “As Is” Basis: The Platform is provided without warranties and may not be uninterrupted or error-free

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miras Educational Academy shall not be liable for damages including loss of data or profit

8. External Links

We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked to our Platform. Use them at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

Any claims relating to the Platform shall be governed by the laws of Nepal, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Your continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
